Who we are

Our website address is:

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

Further Information:

NATESOL currently use two platforms to host their online events, Adobe Connect and Zoom.

Adobe Connect, the webinar platform used by NATESOL, keeps webinar audio and video recordings which only an Adobe Connect administrator or NATESOL administrator can access. Adobe Connect has access to the IP address and name you log-in with, however, Adobe Connect does not have access to any other registration or attendee information and this information is not shared with Adobe Connect by NATESOL or the individual hosting the live webinar.

Zoom, the video conferencing platform used by NATESOL does not monitor or store any personal data collected during the meeting unless requested by NATESOL. Zoom collects only the IP address and OS and device details of the user. For more information on Zoom’s privacy policy, please visit:

The audio and visual recording of NATESOL’s online events include:

•             documents and materials exchanged or viewed during the online event

•             questions asked and poll answers provided by you (the attendee) during the online event

•             the closed captioning transcript

•             the chat box transcript.

Personal information provided by you (the attendee) at registration makes up the registration details:

  1. first and last name
  2. email address
  3. post code
  4. organisation
  5. occupation
  6. accessibility requests/need

Personal information provided by you (the attendee) when you log-in to attend the online event makes up the attendee list.

  1. first and last name
  2. email address
  3. occupation
  4. location
  5. number of viewers

In addition to the audio and visual recording of the online events, these lists are provided to the individual presenting the online event for reporting purposes and for ensuring accessibility needs are met. However, accessibility requests/needs are not shared with any third-party.

At the conclusion of the online event, the webinar audio and video recording, registration lists, and attendee lists will be made available in the NATESOL archive indefinitely, which is stored on a secure, password protected server that only NATESOL staff can access.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
